The 2025 WEFTFest Fibre Arts Festival will begin with the Artistic Apparel Fashion Show on Thursday May 15 2025 starting at 6:00pm
- Each patron will receive a plated dinner with dessert
- Cash Bar
- Shopping opportunity before and after show.
- Each designer will have a 10×10 booth
- The designer gives Three Sisters Cultural Centre permission to use images of submitted artwork in all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
- Three Sisters Cultural Centre will credit designer if any of the designer’s images are used in any or all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
The price to be part of just the Fashion Show on Thursday May 15 is $325.00+HST
The price to be a designer at the Fashion Show and 5 day Vendor is $375.00 + HST ($75/day)
Show Schedule
- Wednesday May 14 12pm – 5pm Vendor set up begins
- Thursday May 15 10am – 6pm Vendor set up continues
- Thursday May 15 6pm Doors open to VIP ticket holders
- Thursday May 15 7pm – 10pm Fashion Show – Designers staying for just the fashion show must tear down at end of night.
- Friday – Monday May 16 – 19 10am – 5pm Doors open to public
- Monday May 19 5pm – 8pm Vendor take down begins
- Tuesday May 20 9am – 2pm Vendor take down continues – All vendors must be completely out by 2pm.
