Join us May 15 – 19 2025 for the 3rd annual WEFTFest Fibre Arts Festival.
2025 will see the festival in one location with all the events and features happening all together in one large space; The St. George Banquet Hall, Waterloo.

- The vendor gives Three Sisters Cultural Centre permission to use images of submitted artwork in all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
- Three Sisters Cultural Centre will credit the vendor if any of the vendor’s images are used in any or all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
This five day festival is scheduled during the 2025 Victoria Day weekend.
This Vendor’s Market will be open to Vendors of Fibre Arts related materials, supplies and product including finished art works.
Show Schedule
- Wednesday May 14 12pm – 5pm Vendor set up begins
- Thursday May 15 10am – 6pm Vendor set up continues
- Thursday May 15 6pm Doors open to VIP ticket holders
- Thursday May 15 7pm – 10pm Fashion Show and VIP Sale (vendors expected to be present)
- Friday – Monday May 16 – 19 10am – 5pm Doors open to public
- Monday May 19 5pm – 8pm Vendor take down begins
- Tuesday May 20 9am – 2pm Vendor take down continues – All vendors must be completely out by 2pm.
When you apply, we will review your application and, If accepted, we will send you an invoice. Payment secures your spot and enables us to start adding you to the marketing campaign and the website.
