WEFTFest 2025: Guild Show Application

This year the guilds will be fully integrated into the entire festival. Guilds will be treated like a regular vendor but be afforded a special guild rate.

Join us for this great out reach opportunity. Your display can include demos, and sales. Your guild will be responsible for your own POS. 

Join us May 15 – 19 2025 for the 3rd annual WEFTFest Fibre Arts Festival.

2025 will see the festival in one location with all the events and features happening all together in one large space; The St. George Banquet Hall, Waterloo.

• WiFi
• $80 Friday – Monday (Set up Friday morning at 9am)
• The Guild gives Three Sisters Cultural Centre permission to use images of submitted artwork in all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
• Three Sisters Cultural Centre will credit the guild/artist if any of the guild/artist’s images are used in any or all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
