WEFTFest 2026; Community Quilt Edition
WEFTFest is joining forces with the Grand River Quilt Project to create the Community Quilt Edition.
April 11 & 12 at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 55 Benjamin Rd. Waterloo/St. Jacobs
Celebrate along side the The Grand River Quilt Project as it launches itself into the touring world.

The Quilt of Belonging will also be featured as well as any other community quilts that would like to participate.
Community Quilts Wanted
Thanks to the support of the Hampton Inn there is no fee to display your Community Quilt at this show. This is a great opportunity for your organization to promote the great work you do for your community.

The Weekend Schedule:
- Friday April 10 hanging the exhibit: Quilt of Belonging: 10am – 2pm
- Friday April 10 hanging of community quilts & guild set up: 1pm – 5pm
- Saturday open to the public for free: 9am(to catch the farmer’s market crowd) – 5pm
- Sunday open to public for free: 10am – 5pm
- Sunday April 12th 2pm: Ticketed High Tea with Fibre Art Auction at the Homewood Suites (Right next door-shared parking lot)
- Sunday 5pm – 6pm community quilts and guild take down
- Monday April 13take down of the Quilt of Belonging 10am – 2pm
