2025 will see the festival in one location with all the events and features happening all together in one large space; The St. George Banquet Hall, Waterloo. This five day festival is scheduled during the 2025 Victoria Day weekend.
We are looking for presenters that can speak on a Fibre Art related topic for 45 mins. The audience will be drop in. We will be publishing the speakers and their set times so those who are interested can make a point of seeing your talk. If you have anything to sell that relates to your talk you will be afforded 1/2 hour before and after your talk to do so. You are responsible for your own sales (POS & taxes). WIFI is available.
If you are selling product you will not be paid to speak.
If you are not selling product we will pay you $150+hst on receipt of an invoice.
When you apply, we will review your application and, If accepted, will confirm the timing with you and add you to our schedule.
