The 2024 WEFTFest Fibre Arts Festival will include a Fashion Show at the St. George Banquet Hall on Thursday May 23rd
The day’s event will include:
- 2 sittings: noon and 5:00
- cash bar
- complimentary lunch snack for designers and models (around 3pm)
- opportunity for non-ticket holders to shop between sittings
- plated meals at both sittings
- Model change area outside of the room
- Set up start time of 10am
- 2 complimentary tickets for designers to use as they see fit.
The room is large enough to allow designers to set up their personal selling areas in the same room as the 120 seat dining venue.
The 2023 WEFTFest Fashion Show was fully sold out at 80 seats for its noon sitting and close to full capacity for its evening sitting. The 2024 Show should be even better with more room to maneuver, and more eager clientele wanting to buy your designs.
The price to be a designer is $175.00 + HST (which includes 2 complimentary tickets valued at $65 – $75 ea.)
