Join us for this great out-reach opportunity. Your display can include demos, and sales. Your guild will be responsible for managing your table and your own POS.
Join us April 11 – 12 2026 for the 4th annual WEFTFest Fibre Arts Festival; Community Quilt Edition
Hosted at the Hampton Inn & Suites 55 Benjamin Rd, Waterloo/St. Jacobs. There is NO FEE to participate.
The Hampton Inn has graciously offered the space and we will fill it with community quilts including the Grand River Quilt Project and the Quilt of Belonging.
- Single table display (Set up Friday April 10 starting at 1pm-5pm)
- Saturday April 11: open to the public 9am (to catch Farmer’s Market crowd) to 5pm: free entry
- Sunday April 12: open to the public 10am to 5pm: free entry
- Sunday April 12: High Tea with Fibre Art Auction 2pm (ticketed event)
- Sunday April 12: take down starts at 5pm
- The Guild gives Three Sisters Cultural Centre permission to use images of submitted artwork in all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
- Three Sisters Cultural Centre will credit the guild/artist if any of the guild/artist’s images are used in any or all related marketing material (including but not limited to web, Internet, social media etc)
